About Compact Kitchen

Compact Kitchen is a small-space kitchen site. We write practical reviews and buying guides for studios, apartments, dorms, RVs, and other kitchens where counter space, circuit load, and storage actually matter.

What we cover

• Compact appliances (air fryers, countertop dishwashers, espresso machines, portable induction)
• Space-saving tools and studio kitchen setup plans
• Honest trade-offs: footprint, noise, wattage, and whether something is worth keeping on the counter

How we work

We are not a lab or a magazine with a testing warehouse. We research product specs, renter constraints, and real-world feedback, then organize that into clear comparisons so you can decide faster. When we recommend something, it is because it fits a small-kitchen use case—not because it tops a generic “best overall” list.
